Snow. Flu. Grade.

Edited to add: I am such an idiot. I named my post snow... and didn't even mention it. I wanted to say that we enjoyed watching the snow, but Jackson napped through most of it. When he got up at lunch, it was gone. So, he missed his first snow!

WARNING: This post has the potential to be a boring rambling mess! I am trying to keep everyone updated on what has been going on since I last posted.

Whew! It has been some week around here! Jackson came down with the flu last Tuesday and we have been out of daycare/work ever since. Everybody at daycare ended up with it, including Linda (Somehow Clint and I got lucky). So, we were closed today for her to recoup and tomorrow for her to disinfect. Anna ended up catching the worst case I think. We hope she feels better soon!

The weekend was gorgeous and Jackson felt well enough to get out a little. Saturday he didn't feel much like playing on his own, but Daddy took him for a ride on the four-wheeler. Sunday he felt well enough to play and he helped me pick up some limbs in the yard. No pictures, sorry! I have been forgetful with the camera lately.

I received my score from the latest portion of my CPA test... I passed!!!!!! ONE MORE TO GO! I will take my last section April 18th.

We walked down to the pond this afternoon just to kill some time and let Jackson get out. To my surprise, the little stinker wanted in! There is a spring that feeds into the pond at the end where we were, so the water is clear and shallow. I took his shoes off and let him check it out. I totally expected him to think the water was too cold and the bottom too mushy. Oh, no. He wanted to play and against my better judgement, I let him. I really thought the water was just too cold. He loved every second!! And screamed when I took him out. Of course, I didn't have my camera, so I missed a good kodak moment!

I am glad Jackson is better, and Congratulations on the test, we are going to have to throw one heck of a party when you are done!
I know you are ready. We'll keep praying.
